Financial Advisors
Previous experience in financial services, or as an IFA, or as a mortgage or loan broker is essential. Clear Start aim to provide an expert level of advice to its customers.
Working within the Advisory team to provide financial planning advice to people with serious debt problems. Basic responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound, outbound and follow up contacts
- Providing financial counselling sessions for up to 30 minutes
- Outlining a financial recovery plan
- Closure and follow up to ensure solutions are achieved
The following qualities are important:
- Confidence - a friendly and professional style
- Energy - super-productive, and results-driven
- Self-starting - taking the initiative to get things done
Most importantly we are looking for people who will get stuck in and will take initiative to make things happen. Full time, or evening/weekend positions are available.
Senior Financial Advisors
Candidates will have at least five years experience in the financial services industry, and have covered a variety of products in a financial planning and advisory capacity. Clear Start aim to provide an expert level of advice to its customers.
Working as a team leader or expert in the Advisory team to provide financial planning advice to people with serious debt problems. Basic responsibilities will include:
- Working with the team to provide advice and counselling sessions
- A point of escalation for enquiries with specific challenges
- Coaching and Training Financial Advisors
- Complex financial recovery planning

Most importantly we are looking for people who will get stuck in and will take initiative to make things happen. Full time, or evening/weekend positions are available.
Insolvency Case Officers
Previous experience in financial services, accountancy, collections or counselling is essential. Clear Start aim to provide an expert level of advice to its customers.
Takes a customer application for an IVA or alternative solution from application through to approval. The role involves generating, send and receiving correspondence to and from multiple individuals, chasing up the case to keep it moving, and helping the individual through the process.
We are looking in particular for the following qualities:
- Very productive - creating documents, sending out packs, chasing up
- Very organised - need to keep on top of multiple cases at the same time
- Very communicative - important to get on with both the customers and the team
Applicants will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Most importantly we are looking for people who will get stuck in and will take initiative to make things happen. We are looking for both team members, and people who could manage a team of Case Officers.
